Pros
Due to severe shortage of person power one will have to do many, many jobs and therefore learn new skills. Nice first job to be able to try out (actually meaning get dumped on) new areas one hadn't had.
Kontras
Private Equity owned so all decisions are not about growth of the company or quality, they are about short term gains for the ownership and high executives. Poor at best communication and favoritism is rampant. Not diverse at all. Growing bigger in "overhead" jobs like HR, procurement and the like at the expense of operations, production and sales, and quality.
