      Nothing to keep good people there

      You work your butt off while upper management reaps the benefits. Great job if you like watching the owners drive around in their new toys while you just get by. Will make up lies just to keep you.

      Great employees. Family owned business that treats you like a member of the family. Encourages work/ home life balance.
