No growth opportunities. Messy. Disorganized. Since the acquisition culture has gone downhill. New parent company has no regard for people - they just care about acquiring other businesses and expect everyone to work nonstop. Too many silos. No one provides direction, no one knows what other teams are doing. Not cohesive at all and very frustrating.
