Pros

Matrix Events has been a deeply positive experience for me. The leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of the team. And speaking of the team - they are easily the most capable and talented group the company has seen. Management trusts their experts. You are given the autonomy to do your job without micromanagement, yet they provide additional resources or help with a project if needed. There is also a healthy "open-door" culture where feedback is actively encouraged.

Because the company is growing quickly, there are some growing pains. Management is eager to improve productivity and company culture, but this leads to the introduction of new systems that can feel redundant or messy rather than helpful.
