What a fall from grace. This used to be a fantastic company with a great culture and loyal staff. Since the change in ownership and management, it’s become unrecognisable. Management is completely out of touch, driven by ego and profit, with little understanding of the business or the people who keep it running. Staff morale has been destroyed, mental health has suffered, and talented employees continue to leave. A great company ruined by poor leadership and greed.

- Dysfunctional internal communication, reception typically clueless about procedures and students were frequently not enrolled in correct classes - Timetabling agreements not upheld, expect your classes to get disrupted from term to term - I stopped taking classes on a particular day of the week due to additional commitments and confirmed this with a manager, however I was then blamed for not showing up to this class in the future, leaving the class with no teacher (you can find this in the google reviews) - Other teachers/tutors are cold, unsocial and make + write snark, inappropriate comments
