Pros
You are involved throughout the process, they tell you Why a feature is needed , What made them add that feature to the product, How it will impact the end user, the business and everything. You can even suggest and debate why a particular feature or approach is good/bad and they will calmly listen and incorporate your thoughts. When you work at MoG you are as much the product owner as the founder.
Kontras
The company is a fresh startup so some processes are not standardized yet, So at some point you might feel (specially if you are coming from a big company/corporate) that what's the SOP for this thing and there is none, but I would say that's the charm of the company, you can treat it as your own startup.
