Learned a lot about communication with other staff members and how to handle different types of situations. Get introduce to many different fields because of the exposure working with different companies promoting STEM to children and young adults.

It is difficult at times to handle the younger children but those situations are rare.

-If you enjoy working with kids, this is probably the largest positive of the job. -You have a lot of freedom on how you work with the students. -Flexible hours and have several locations in Southern California.

-The boss expects a lot from you and he is usually in the office on an abnormal schedule. -There doesn't seem to be a concrete structure for projects past the initial few but this could be because every students learns at a different pace (this could have changed since I left). -Unenthusiastic kids can be difficult to handle but are rare.
