Not bad, but could have been better - Senior Program Manager bei MathWorks: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Not much gets done in this organization. Everything requires 20 meetings and 30 follow-ups and 40 post-mortem reviews. I am impressed at how smart people get into this rut of putting process over results. My suspicion is that MathWorks is now such a big company that it is hard to know the where the money comes from. As a result, it is impossible to correlate action to results.
