Toxic environment with incompetent management and coworkers - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei MathCo: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Stay away from this company at all costs. Besides offering pay below market rate - Incompetent HR Team, incompetent coworkers who cannot fulfill basic tasks, toxic management who blame individual workers where there are no tools or systems / frameworks to set up an employee for success. By far the worst company I have ever worked at for the entirety of my career. I have never in my life cried so much at a job before.
