Serious disconnect between leadership claims and on-ground reality of client engagement. Client-centric consulting is talked about, but not practiced consistently. Several people positioned as experts rarely engage directly with clients and still control narratives and decisions. Excessive reliance on remote opinions rather than first-hand client exposure leads to poor decision-making. Over-dependence on a few key clients with little visible effort to diversify or expand the client portfolio. Too many senior leaders with limited accountability, creating pressure on the actual revenue-generating teams.
