Keeping our associates on project is and always has been of high priority. We initiate a re marketing initiative as early as thirty days out from when a project is going to come to an end. There are a plethora or factors that come into play when making a transition of that nature. Many times we find success with that transition and unfortunately there are times when the end result is different from the intention.
