Pros

Have a good understanding of requirements for bringing workers into the country. Were helpful going through the visa process and ensured that all the documentation was correct to allow for a smooth approval process

Kontras

Really only work with you as you start a new contract or to extend your current contract. Do not do any work with you to transition you to a new contract as current contract draws to a close.

Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. Keeping our associates on project is and always has been of high priority. We initiate a re marketing initiative as early as thirty days out from when a project is going to come to an end. There are a plethora or factors that come into play when making a transition of that nature. Many times we find success with that transition and unfortunately there are times when the end result is different from the intention.

Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

Kontras

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
