      Pros

      I enjoyed a really good time at Mastech and everything is super good there. There is no extra pressure and leadership is really supportive if you are willing to work. No micromanagement and there is some sort of Job security as well.

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
