Management is blind in Mastech. - Recruiter bei Mastech Digital: Mitarbeiterbewertung

High pressure on recruiters. Daily 60 calls or 3 hours talk time target. No good clients to work. Most of mastech's revenue comes from H1B sales only. Not a core recruiting company. Lot of politics in the company. Hiring and firing recruiters is daily practice. No value to employees and recruiters. Expecting hikes more than 5 % is a joke here. Only Girls are preferred here. A lot of partiality. Most of senior management is from Chennai, so they give importance only Chennai people. I never recommend this company to any of my friends.
