Only one pros I can think of : Salary is on time.

Be clear with what you want before joining this company.. otherwise no one will be interested once you are on the floor. You will have to chase ppl to get your promises fulfilled.. Since it is staffing company they are only interested in supplying the candidates to vendor company on a contract to hire basis.. some promises are not fulfilled and senior mgmt. also try to wash their hands off their responsibility.
