Our associates have created our culture and it is a poplar attribute of this organization. It is also a performance oriented environment so yes, performance is a metric that we look at. When analyzing an organization, associate tenure is sometimes used as a key indicator. We are so thankful that we have a great range of tenured employees from under one year, five through ten, and an impressive amount that have been with us for over twenty years!
