Pros

Stock option ,medical care and personal time off. For new hired, company offer 15 days off + 2 floating holiday.

Kontras

Employer expect employee to work over time. In general, the managers in Marvell tend to do micro-management. Didnt respect employee's personal life. The salary for the same position is much lower than other company. The company culture is not diversity at all. Most of the groups are all asians or all Indians.

Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

Pros

-high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

Kontras

pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
