Retail environment, resentment from client employees in work environment, HR is at a distance and health insurance "benefits" are some of the worst in the industry. Schedules change on a whim, protection attach on products is so forcibly demanded that it's almost an unethical sales environment, and our client, Target, has become worse than Walmart in regards to opening times on Thanksgiving, closing times on Christmas, and the benefits allotted to their employees and by relationship, us. Commission structure is crap and has gotten worse every year.
