The long hours you are required to spend on training videos that you don't get paid for. MarketSource also seems to have a trust issue with some of it's clients. Sitting inside some big box stores, our Kiosks are where we do our sales... The product we sell is locked up..and we, market source employee...are not allowed keys to access these items. It can get really frustrating and at times, embarrassing. Selling an item that is right in front of you but...wait, I have to chase down someone from the store that has keys because we here at market source are not ALLOWED to handle keys to unlock merchandise. Cant tell you how many times a guest questions why we (marketsource emplyees) don't have keys. Some of these items are several hundred dollars and take real world selling techniques..then, you try to close the deal but cant because you have to track down someone with keys..ugh! It's unprofessional and embarrassing,
