Great working with other project managers who know what they are doing, and enjoy working in a creative environment. Account executives encourage all new ideas. Co-workers were the best in the industry.
Kontras
Way too much paperwork/computer imputing. Micro-managed by senior management. No down time. Expected to work when sick from home, and no matter how much overtime was done, no compensation. No work-life balance at all. Training on in-house production management systems is little to non-existant.
