- There's always work (even during pandemic. - Most of the employees are warm and always looking to help you.
Kontras
- No training whatsoever (you have to figure things out on your own/ask your colleagues), and whenever you encounter something you don't know, they make a big fuss of "why don't you know how to do this!" - Management has a lot of favorites, will not put in effort to keep people who can grow in the company - only if you're literally a "bootlicker" - For a company with "Systems" in the name, there really isn't a system. It's always what the senior "management" decides to do last minute and you have to do it otherwise you are a screwup and not a team player.
