- The biggest problem of that company is HR department, extremely bad HR: almost no knowledge about employees progress while influencing the salary, age discrimination (<30 means you are just nothing there, no matter what is your knowledge and experience), limited help and knowledge about expats. - Second biggest problem is lack of technical experience, very low quality code and architecture. Nobody knows how it all works together.
