The bonus structure at the time of employment was generous and easily attainable. (Based on sales and KPI's) . Usual retail management cons, nothing too out of the ordinary. At the time of employment, there was a lot of turnover in HR which made hiring difficult, as every step of your hiring process had to be done through HR. The store manager role had a lot of office work involved, which conflicted with the day-to-day needs. I'm sure this can be alleviated when properly staffed, with a proper division of labor, but as anyone in retail management knows that is not usually the case.
