Horrible Communication, takes weeks to get things resolved - Employees not getting paid on time as checks were mailed to New York, took 5 days to get employees paid after payday! Unorganized and lack of support from upper management. They flew someone to help support a store opening, fired them during the process and sent them back on a plane home!! So unprofessional!! Dont work here!!

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
