      nice and helpful colleagues (both pt and ft). Manager is the problem - bossy and will make you work everyday.

      Lack of full-timers so they make pt work almost everyday. Manager is the type to guilt-trip you to put in schedule everyday.

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
