They would overwork us whilst they went and had a nice chat in the back. - We would get shouted at if we interacted with our colleagues on the floor. - Management would talk behind everyone's backs which created a very tense environment. - We were expected to do way too much for what we were being paid. - Work was boring most days because we couldn't interact with each other. - The uniform is the most horrible thing I have ever laid my eyes on. Mango is a clothing company and they can't even put together a decent uniform for their employees to wear. - We were expected to stay over our time even though we weren't being paid for it.
