The staff I worked with was amazing, everyone was open to learning new things and never said no to any task.

The upper management aka, the supervisors, district managers, they always changed things around when they would come to our store. It's almost like they were never content or fulfilled even though the work all sales associates did was what they were asking us for.

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
