      I have a manager who is really professional and flexible, and she makes sure that we work as a team which helps us fell compromise with the work.

      The company don't give value for the team, as cut hours of the employee, which resulted and elevation on stress level.

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
