      Pros

      Decent salary and the ability to work from home. Ability to travel to a variety of conferences.

      Kontras

      Excessive amounts of travel required. Could be away from home for weeks at a time. Management micro manages everything and calls multiple times a day

      Pros

      Man & Machine is home of great medical grade products used to help prevent healthcare associated infections. The people there are all very dedicated from the owner, to the folks who do the manufacturing and assembly, the engineering, and teh sales & marketing teams.

      Kontras

      This is a con for myself. I learned that I was not a great fit for this role. I appreciated the opportunities I was given by Man & Machine and I know I learned a lot.
