      Very Supportive Top Management and HR team. The owner of the company is a very kind person so in case you have a genuine problem, they always listen and help.

      Some people at the site are very disturbing but that is a part of the job so you need to adjust to that.

      Pros

      One of the worst companies to work with. Old employees are driven by bad systems and they Dictate the new employees ensuring they don't settle down. They do not have work life balance

      Kontras

      Complete worse behaviour with abusive work environment and site heads are worse. Old employees feel they own the company and management is completely Caste based. There's no room for growth or Intellectual.
