Pros
Cool people, enjoy most everyone. treats, snacks, drinks only $0.25 sometimes it's a good deal sometimes not depending on what is provided. Everyone below senior management level is pretty cool, the west side of the top floor offices don't care about the employees.
Kontras
Other than snacks and cool people there is not much more that they got going on. Management doesn't care if you goof off or work hard so it's tough to stay motivated. There are TONS of examples of nepotism going on. Members in senior management give big opportunities to family members...on top of that they will take large clients away from people and give them to family so those family members can make more money and swap for small accounts. This unfair swap has happened several times with the same person. One an account starts really making money they will just take it away from you. No growth potential. Being a salesperson is a joke, horrible sales senior management!
