The team culture is something I take pride in being apart of and there are lots of benefits to working for Mainfreight. There is out of work do's and sporting events etc; and they only hire internally. It truly is a family business.

It's hard to move up in the business from the floor and the work hours are tough. ALL employees no matter whether you are in the office or warehousing must do 10 hour shifts.
