Leave policy -There are only 10 all purpose leaves in an year (Sick and casual). No earned leave policy as such. Salary will not be credited on last working day or first day of the month as like other big companies. It will be created on a random day before 10th day of the month. (for someone with any EMI's plan accordingly). No matter how big your package or basic pay you are entitled, your PF will always be Rs. 1,800.00
