      Pros

      - Everyone is extremely hardworking and has very high standards for the work they produce - Management all has incredible experience and have collective Oscar's, Emmy's and other various awards - Management is also really open to hearing feedback and working with employees to make sure everyone is comfortable - The projects are really cool and only continue to get bigger and cooler - The company is doing things that are really unique and haven't been done before with VR and AR

      - We're running low on space in the office so it's a little tight at the moment

      Glad to hear you've got a positive outlook on things! It's been one of the most challenging times of the company this year, delivering a lot of complex projects on a lot of platforms.       - Visionary and skilled Leadership - Working on the cutting edge - Job stability in an industry that infamously has no stability and is primarily contract based. - Big, meaty, meaningful projects in the entertainment industry. - Leadership offers best possible benefits to full time employees they can offer. - Culture and people are fantastic.

      - Work is project based, which means tight deadlines on high profile projects for clients can severely limit ability to have any work / life balance for unpredictable amounts of time. This is the reality of the business we are in, but worth mentioning!
