Nothing stands out outside of the usual cons found in any business you would work in. There are bad seeds and a level of politics in every business. This is a business where these cons are minimal. Subjective con, travel is required for certain positions. If your position reads that it requires some travel, it means your position will require some travel. Pros

Privately owned company (double-edged sword, but largely in good ways) that genuinely has a lot of the nice versions of work family vibes. People who've been there for years, know each other besides just as coworkers, and a lot of shared passion for the industry they're in.

Kontras

Can shift very quicky in many ways, some management make decisions without as much oversight or communication/discussion as would be wise. HR goes by people and culture, but operates as any classical HR department otherwise would/does.
