I will admit they probably talk the best game of any employer out there. You'll be fired up and motivated to do things the magic one way, where according to them best is standard.

It won't take long to realize the true magic one way, do your job and the jobs of 5 unrelated posions and and never expect to be paid for it. I'm not joking either. We went through office staff like they were underwear. In 3 years we've changed our HR person about 4 or 5. One of the owners yells and curses at them. We have an apartment for out of state trainees to live in. Once the leave the HR manager is required to clean it, toilets and all. They have salaried personal mowing the lawn. All this is in addition to the ridiculous work load. Another owner told me to take on more work and don't expect additional pay because we should work the job we want and the pay will come. Guess what, it never did. The more we make for them the more they flaunt it in our face. New cars, company vacations all for the elite few while telling us they can't afford any Christmas or Thanksgiving bonus and they even cancelled our yearly banquet. The products they buy are cheap so we're constantly redoing work for free, then we get charged for going over in supplies. We only get 40% of the work we bill and they keep adding ways to chip at that. This place is honestly a joke. The only care about looking like the best. Go if you want to learn a trade then leave and take your talents elsewhere, but after the 3 year non-compete agreement of course. Oh and yes the offer benefits, but good luck trying to afford them. Family coverage is about $1,500 a month.
