Environment is pretty dull,Its a design studio but your are not allowed to play music and some of the things are missing which you expect from a good design studio.
Management is very old school and very hesitant when it comes to introduce fresh ideas to make work culture better.
Lack of proper infrastructure.
Although its a great place to do new things an learn ,but if are one of those designer who expect fancy work culture,perks,leisure which nowadays are pretty common in good design studio ,you might not like it
