Kontras
- Have to be self guided and self motivating. The team leaders do a great job supporting and communicating to the team but you have to be willing to work hard to hit your deadlines.
- Not as many benefits for part time team members, which is not uncommon. But the amount of part time positions is very few and will not affect most people. My role is unique in that way.
- With any startup there are some growing pains, but MagMod does a great job at addressing them right away to find a solution.
