Really trying - Anonymous bei Made Tech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Thanks so much for leaving us some feedback. I appreciate the time you’ve taken to share some pros as well as cons. Change is hard, and particularly in organisations that have seen the level of growth that we have in the past couple of years. It has been a challenging time, but what I see at Made Tech is the majority getting on with doing vital, transformative work, and supporting one another in doing so. Culture does change with growth - but different doesn’t have to mean worse. I totally agree that we can all work towards building a positive culture if we choose to. It’s not something that passively happens around us. I totally accept leaders at Made Tech can do a better job of communicating - we’re taking this on board and working towards doing better.
