Expect to learn on your own and will most likely be fired if you cant pick up on your own. - Dysfunctional & unorganized IT department called ICAT - No opportunity for growth in some dept - Useless HR only there to hire & fire at managers will - Management only looks after their own self interest and do not value employees. -No accountability from management -they will terminate without warning and make you feel like you were at fault. Word of advice: If you get an unscheduled phone call from your manager to meet with them, do yourself a favour and clear your desk, pack your bags and bring your belongings when you go to see them. Chances are that you will be invited to their office with HR there to hand you your termination letter.
