Bad brand to work for - Keyholder/Floor Leader bei Mack Weldon: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Terrible pay, bad managers (no experience). I worked in one of their stores. The store manager had a poor attitude and was super terrible to hiring employees. He hired a keyholder who was extremely racist towards Asian people and would not fire him. He would also be extremely passive aggressive and wrote post its all around the store rather than just being professional and talked about the issues surfacing on the store level. Furthermore, he also hired one of his boyfriend’s friends from school and allowed her to take advantage and cause a poor working environment amongst the team.
