1. Competitive salary was offered, and increments were excellent until Vesta acquired MachineMax. 2. In most cases, KAMs and employees are given the freedom to make decisions, although a few leaders tend to micromanage. 3. There are plenty of opportunities for growth in this organization. My experience was great in terms of learning. 4. Most leaders are supportive and try to help during challenging situations.

1. Despite multiple attempts to establish structure, it often doesn’t sustain, and the workload continues to increase. 2. Work-life balance is almost non-existent for those considering joining. 3. There are no Fun Fridays or cultural activities, if you’re expecting a more engaging or fun workplace.

Highly supportive team with a strong focus on learning and development. Worked on real-world data science problems that added practical value. Mentors were approachable and provided meaningful guidance throughout. Good exposure to industry tools, workflows, and collaborative environments. Overall, a very positive and enriching internship experience.

No major downsides during my internship.
