Pros
The variety of clients and locations to work are fantastic. Mace is very flexible in terms of remote working, allowing staff to work from home or the office. Generally, people at Mace are very professional. Career progression is available.
Kontras
The salary increase is low annually or some years there is none, this is not good when you live in London. Bonus is discretionary and it is tiny if there is any. The London office can be enhanced in terms of interior design, generally made of desks on each floor and meeting rooms. The offices need to be more collaborative, using colours and fun finishes with a variety of smart furniture to make it more appealing to work.
