Management is a joke. They will fire you for no reason. You charge too much. People leave when the get their quota. Ask anyone who used to work there.

Good mAb products, software and instruments. You need to fit the culture or you will be out.

Can't compete with the dominating competition. Unrealistic growth goals to sell more but no new products/instrument to beat the competition. The European reps all quit, plus the bean counter, IT and and the business development managers. What does that tell you? The continued revolving door of people leaving before two years is a sign of unrealistic goals and poor management.
