I didn’t expect to enjoy a job this much. The people here are kind, smart, funny, and really good at what they do. It makes a huge difference. The vibe at the office is great – relaxed but productive – and even though I could work from home, I actually like coming in because the atmosphere is just that nice. Work-life balance is honestly spot on. No one's breathing down your neck, but at the same time, everyone’s motivated and involved. We know when to focus and when to take a break and chat a bit. Before this, I was a backend dev in a big corporate company, and switching to this job changed everything. I feel like a real person here, not just a name in a system. People care about your progress, they encourage you to grow, and they make space for learning and development. Projects are interesting, I’ve got a lot of flexibility (can work from wherever), and we also get cool stuff like team breakfasts, lunches, and even an off-site in Italy this year. The team is young, international, and just really easy to get along with.

I guess I’m still too new to see the downsides

MVST has a great culture with a friendly and supportive team. Communication is open and honest, which makes collaborating really easy. The option to work remotely adds great flexibility, making it easier to balance work and personal life.
