Old school - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei MTV3: Mitarbeiterbewertung

MTV3 has a lot of interesting people and most are quite willing to share ideas and work as a team. The management are informed and well versed in most media. The management I have worked with are not afraid to make decisions or give complements to a job well done.

Budgets for projects can be small and unrealistic. Sometimes lacking understanding of technology, trends and social media. Upper management clearly calling the shots with out trusting lower management.

Central location, easy to commute.

The company doesn’t seem as modern as other media houses. Outdated ways of working in some places, but in other departments, ok. Differences between departments were huge. Working on the channel/News side might be better. Working with outdated technologies and heavy legacies restrict a lot. The dev teams for browser and mobile were sitting in a some sort of basement, with curtains closed. There were unhealty mould (sädesieni) detected in the neighbouring rooms long time ago, which seemed to be completely ok. The team spirit was poor, not taken care off. Not much diversity in the tech side. Company values - nonexistent.
