Sometimes there’s not a whole lot of room for much growth if you’re looking for somewhere to really move up as a professional. I think that just depends on the job though. If you are looking for awesome pay and somewhere to get settled in then an EA position is for you! If you are looking for career opportunities, I’d recommend still looking in MTSI but maybe a different job.
