Pros
For the most part, it's a great company that lives it's core values. Employee ownership is awesome and the contracts they win tend to be impactful and interesting. The leadership is communicative, but doesn't always take feedback seriously (here's looking at you holiday time). Otherwise the benefits package is AMAZING.
Kontras
Starting to see where the company's size is pointing them away from sticking to core values all the time and the "bottom line" is starting to take over. Internal IT has made life very difficult by removing a ton of access and broken down communication chains to individual contracts that rely on company resources even though they may not be using company computers. Basically no BYOD of any kind here (it's 2023 guys).
