Pros
MTSI is a wonderful company to work for. Their number one core value is Employees First, and though many companies make this claim, MTSI is the first time I've seen a company truly take this value to heart. They encourage feedback from employees and actually listen, they've given an extra bonus just to get people through a difficult transition (e.g. switching from biweekly to monthly pay period), they also impressively handled the impact of COVID-19, adjusting several policies to help make sure all employees are taken care of. The pay is very good, and I have yet to find another company with a comparable benefits package. Hands down the best company I've ever worked for, and one that myself and most others have no desire to leave.
