Pay is a joke. Way below industry standards, with impossible quotas. No equity in the company. Required to bring your own PC, but the company makes you to install spyware. The CEO/founder is a control freak who micromanages every detail and fosters a culture of fear and distrust. Wannabe Elon Musk who thinks he's going to revolutionize the MSP industry. Leadership is a revolving door. Consistently hires industry "rockstars", doesn't trust them, and they're out the door in less than 6 months. Zero job security. People get fired or quit constantly. You’re always on edge. Company values obedience over talent. Initiative gets punished, not rewarded. Customers leaving at an alarming rate once they see how dysfunctional the company is. CEO emails them personally each time and it just makes things worse.
