Pros
Loved the pace and training that this company provided. There was always the hope of being hired as they evaluate you according to your knowledge and professionalism. Loved the flexibility of the hours being able to go to school across the street (PCC) and still come in and finish up my hours. The management have an open door policy and have a zero tolerance for gossip. I heard a lot of people wanting to work in other departments as they training was supposed to be "out of this world".

No cons... I just wish that the VA wouldn't have suffered the consequences of not getting it together and having the Temporary Workers let go. I am truly hoping to be called back. I don't mind Med Rec, but I have my eyes on Pre-Qa and then becoming a QAer.
